Cookie Policy

Last updated: September 15, 2026

This page explains, in plain language, what we store in your browser when you visit VETOR's site — and how you can change your mind at any time.

WHAT COOKIES AND BROWSING DATA ARE

Cookies are small files a site can save in your browser. "Browsing data" is a broader term that also includes information stored in other ways (like the browser's localStorage) or collected in aggregate about how pages are used.

WHAT WE DON'T USE

We don't use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or social media pixels. None of your data is sold or shared with ad networks.

WHAT WE STORE IN YOUR BROWSER

localStorage (technically not a cookie, but serves a similar purpose): your theme preference (light/dark), your language, and your choice on this cookie banner. This data stays only in your browser and is never sent to us — it's essential for the site to work as expected and doesn't require consent.

sessionStorage: a marker so the opening animation (splash) doesn't repeat on every page you visit within the same session. It disappears when you close the tab.

ANALYTICS (VERCEL)

We use Vercel Analytics to understand, in aggregate and anonymously, which pages work best. It uses no cookies, doesn't identify individual visitors, and runs on the same domain as the site (it isn't a third-party script).

Even though it's a cookieless tool, we only activate Analytics after you click "Accept" on the banner — and you can change your mind at any time using the control below.

HOW TO MANAGE YOUR CHOICE

Use the control at the bottom of this page to see your current choice and change it. This reopens the consent banner the next time you load the site.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

If we ever start using another tool that depends on cookies, we'll update this page and ask for new consent before activating it.
