Terms of Use

Last updated: September 15, 2026

By using this site, you agree to the terms below. If you don't agree, please don't continue browsing.

ABOUT THIS SITE

This site is owned and operated by VETOR, a digital product studio. It exists to showcase our work and receive project requests through the brief form.

USING THE BRIEF FORM

Submitting a brief doesn't create any contract, binding commercial proposal, or obligation for either party — it's just the first step in evaluating whether it makes sense to work together.

The information you submit must be truthful, and you're responsible for it. We may refuse or ignore briefs with false information, information withheld in bad faith, or submissions sent in abnormal volume (spam).

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site — text, visual identity, code, animations and the cases shown — belongs to VETOR or is licensed for use here. You may browse and share links freely, but you may not copy, reproduce or reuse this content without written authorization.

CASES AND EXAMPLE CONTENT

Some elements of the site (such as metrics or client names in certain cases) may be illustrative examples, always identified as such ("mock") in the content itself. They demonstrate the studio's visual language and shouldn't be read as a guaranteed result for future projects.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We do our best to keep the site online, accurate and secure, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability or the total absence of errors. We aren't liable for indirect damages arising from the use, or inability to use, the site.

THIRD-PARTY LINKS

This site may link to social networks or other pages we don't control. We aren't responsible for the content or privacy practices of those third parties.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms when needed. The date at the top of this page shows the current version; continued use of the site after an update means you accept the new terms.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes will be resolved in the studio's home jurisdiction, unless a specific contract between the parties states otherwise.
